1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting inquiry forms, or entering into service agreements with Digital Encraft, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Project Specifications and Deliverables
All digital marketing, SEO, SMM, and web design campaigns are executed according to the scope of work and milestones detailed in the signed service agreements or official email communications. Any changes to keywords, ad configurations, or web layout requirements during a campaign may be subject to scoping adjustments and revised schedules.
3. Client Obligations
To achieve optimal campaign performance (particularly regarding organic keyword rankings and custom website code), the client agrees to provide necessary brand assets, text copy, vector logos, domain settings, and host accesses in a timely manner. Digital Encraft is not liable for project delay outcomes resulting from client-side asset bottlenecks.
4. Billing and Payment Schedules
Monthly SEO, SMM, and Google ads maintenance fees are billed in advance on the scheduling dates specified in our contracts. Custom web programming and branding designs require an initial layout deposit prior to coding execution, with the remaining balance due upon server deployment and client handoff.
5. Intellectual Property
The client retains all trademark, logo, and copyright privileges for materials provided to us for marketing campaigns. Upon completion of website programming and full payment settlement, all custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and graphics assets developed by Digital Encraft for the client's website will be transferred to the client.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
